The modern world, with its mind-boggling growth rate, has on offer two things: opportunities and stress. The opportunities are always welcome but stress has no takers. So to be successful in this ever so competitive world we need to master the art of handling stress and its effects on our body. More and more people find regular workouts are the way to go. They join gyms and work out on a daily basis but most of them make one common mistake: they don’t pay as much attention to their lower body as they do to their upper body. The only exercises they devote to their lower body are lunges, squats, and leg rises. These exercises put emphasis on the front and the outer thighs and the for the most part the inner thighs are overlooked.
