The use of weight lifting bars is usually in an effort to increase one’s strength and muscle size. The use of the weight lifting bars is so popular that it has become a sport. Their use can take more than one form. There is the aspect of strength training, which is intended to increase physical power while at the same time attaining a lower body fat. There is also the aspect of body building, the main goal here being to increase one’s muscle mass. There may be increased strength but this is not the primary goal.
