People leading a sedentary life often suffer from obesity. This is a medical condition in which excess weight accumulates, particularly around the waist. Obesity is the major cause of several diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, Type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, and sleeplessness. The common causes of obesity are excessive intake of energy foods, lack of physical activity, and in some cases, genetic disorders. People affected by obesity should exercise regularly to reduce the body mass. Some people may not be able to devote enough time for outdoor exercises like walking, jogging, and swimming. It is better for such people to plan regular exercises at home in order to stay fit. In addition, eating nutritious food goes a long way in reducing weight. Home Gyms

For most home as well as commercial gyms, rubber provides the widest range of benefits for use as a gym floor. Rubber has a high coefficient of friction in both dry and wet conditions, meaning it stays slip resistant even when users are sweating heavily during their workouts. Rubber’s natural density provides much better sound absorption than vinyl, tile, and similar hard surfaces, helping to minimize sound in the gym itself, as well as in adjacent rooms. Rubber’s natural resiliency increases users’ comfort during floor exercises, cushioning knees and ankles from impact and allowing users to work out longer, harder- and safer. Finally, rubber’s durability provides outstanding protection to damage from free weights and heavy strength equipment to concrete basement floors as well as to expensive hardwood floors.

The trap bar is designed for workouts by doing shrugs with heavy weight and deadlifts. This special bar puts our arms at our sides for shrugs instead of in front or behind like a regular barbell. It is one of the better pieces of weight lifting equipment that is available. This is not such a well-known piece of equipment, but it allows you to do several exercises that are great muscle builders. For an example many people use this weight bar for stiff-legged deadlifts because they feel their hamstrings so much better with this kind of equipment in exercise than other versions of the stiff legged deadlift. Many people know this bar as only a barbell that we can do shrugs with or call this equipment a shrug bar but have no idea the variety of exercises that we can do with this bar. A trap bar is simply a weight bar in a hexagonal shape that you can stand inside with parallel handles at your sides. Many people prefer to use this weight bar with the raised handles on the bottom side so the bar and sits lower to the ground for better range of motion on deadlifts and for stiff legged deadlifts also.
