Cable Crossover Machine

A cable crossover machine is usually a pulley system attached to a weight stack mounted on a tower, where the pulley allows trainees to perform exercises. The cable pulley keeps the muscles of the body under constant tension that is perfect for isolation- and contraction-based exercises.
