Dip Bars

Of all the pieces of equipment in the home gym, none is more important than the dip bars that you’ve probably neglected. No, the dip bars aren’t for hanging your sweaty towels on, but are a rather important piece in the overall building of muscle on your body. This often-overlooked piece of equipment can be used to chisel down the chest, arms, shoulder, and back muscles, and can often be the building block to several of the more advanced physical exercises. Dip bars are one of the few machines in the home gym that require the use of a person’s body weight. Although the dip bars are designed to work out the upper body, they are a multi-joint simple machine that can be used to target various muscle groups.

Everyone likes to keep fit.
