You may have the face, chest or buttocks fit for a model, but when it comes   to your stomach, you might begin to shy away. Potbelly or a bulging stomach, sometimes known as beer belly, can be seen almost anywhere. Although there are varied causes of this condition, such as digestive maladies and weak abdominal muscles, the most prevalent causes are improper posture coupled with inappropriate diet and lack of exercise. In today’s demanding and busy offices, people slouch over the paperwork unmindful of the healthy meals or vigorous activities needed by the body to maintain its robust state. Many of these busy professionals prefer to have their meals on the go and then have a bottle of beer or two after work as their form of relaxation.
