Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Overall health is achieved through a combination of physical, mental, and social well-being, which together are commonly referred to as the health cycle. Personal health depends partially on one’s active, passive, and assisted observations about one’s health in one’s daily life.
To keep our body healthy we need nutritious food. If we do not eat nutritious food then we will face many problems related to health. Healthy food is used to describe any food that is considered to be healthy, or it can mean specific foods that claim to be especially beneficial to health. A common definition of "health food" is a food that acts like a medicine providing specific favorable effects on health.
If a person takes heavily oily (fat) food then he will gain weight. So he needs to burn his fat through physical exercise. Physical exercises can be anything from walking to weight lifting. There are various physical fitness exercises that you can choose from. You can try resistance training to help create a lean and strong body, aerobic exercises to the heart’s endurance over a period of time, and stretching to extend your limbs and muscles to their full extent.
Gym workouts need to be hard and yet fun too as working out effectively will be a large part of you getting fit and becoming stronger. We can determine how strong a person is through maximum lifting of weight—one repetition of maximum (1RM). So 1RM represents the amount of weight a person can lift using maximum effort exactly one time. If a person wants to build his/her body or burnt fat he needs to increase this 1RM daily based on his efficiency or capacity to lift. Increasing the weight and repetitions he or she lifts as he or she gradually becomes stronger will produce positive gains.
You can increase our 1RM in the bench. In this case your grip should be shoulder width apart with your thumbs wrapping around the bar, and your feet should be pointing forward and grounded to the floor. Shoulders, butt, and head should be touching the bench at all times. A slight arch in your back is mandatory. Inhale as you lower the weight to your chest in a controlled manner, then exhale as you push the bar upwards. The bar should travel in the most comfortable path.
