Did you ever believe that all fats are bad for you? Well—surprise!—there are specific fats that are not only good for you, but are essential in helping in the fight against such illnesses as heart disease, strokes, rheumatoid problems, and some skin disorders and can reduce the symptoms related to depression and hyperactivity. What are these fats? Take a bow, Omega-3 fats! These are also now believed to boost our immune system to help protect us from illnesses like Alzheimer’s disease.
