Importance of Exercise

The benefits that exercise brings are not some sort of secret or unexplored world. It is common knowledge that exercise indeed is as important as eating the right kind of food to make the body healthy. However, what is known is not often acted upon due to lack of willpower or time. Unless the importance of exercise is seen as personally meaningful and an urgent concern then no amount of information is deemed useful.
