Rotator Cuff Injury

Rotator cuff injury is a condition characterized by irritation or damage to the rotator cuff muscles and tendons in your shoulder that connect your upper arm bone with your shoulder blade. These muscles are important because they are “in charge” of firmly holding the ball of the bones of your upper arms in your shoulder socket, thus resulting in the widest range of motion.
