Abdominal crunches are the simplest, most inexpensive way to train your abdominal muscles. This exercise can take as little as three to five minutes of your day and you only need three basic things—a comfortable floor or mat, your abdominal muscles, and an exercise ball, which is optional. Doing it yourself is much better than using those commercialized abdominal machines or rollers that are not enough to help you get the solid abs you want.
